Pastor Cohorts provide a collegial learning environment where pastors learn together, pray together, and build friendship together. The cohorts work through materials chosen to increase ministry competencies and strengthen personal character. Cohorts meet once a month on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

In addition to the regular cohorts, we periodically conduct specialized cohorts focused on specific ministry skill or issues like leadership development or replanting a church.
