Kelly R. Randolph
Associational Mission Strategist
Kelly came to HOKSBA in 2025 after pastoring Country Acres Baptist Church in Wichita for 31 years. As Associational Mission Strategist, Kelly works with the churches and pastors of HOK to act strategically for the fulfillment of our mission to cooperate in the creation and development of healthy churches.
Brad Simmons
Leadership Development & Administration
Brad came to Wichita in 2002 to start a new campus ministry at Wichita State University. Along the way he planted a church for international students (The Mission), worked as a Church Planting Catalyst with Send Network (North American Mission Board) and now serves HOKSBA in leadership development and administration.
Britney Mace
Administrative Assistant
Britney came to HOKSBA in 2026 as the Administrative Assistant. She loves spending time with her husband and 3 children. She loves going camping, playing games, and drinking coffee all day long. Before HOKSBA she was a Kid's Ministry Director for 5 years, hence the need for so much coffee. She is excited to serve the pastors and churches in the Heart of Kansas!
