Homeless Ministries

On October 24th we had a chili cook-off at Metropolitan Baptist Church. Pat Dominguez was the big winner of a new grill donated by Fat Ernie’s Restaurant. We had a Christmas dinner on December 25th at Riverview Baptist Church. We helped 250 people in the past 3 months with food and clothing and have given 45 care packages. In an effort to raise money for the Homeless Ministry, we are selling 2010 calendars. Call Deborah Long if you are interested in purchasing a calendar, 316-204-9517.
