Planting New Churches
The church planting process involves the selection of sites and people groups/population segments, the recruitment of capable, high potential church plant team members, partnerships with local and out-of-area churches, support in developing a financial base, mentoring/training, and mission teams and summer missionaries to reach the community.

Summer Intern Program
For the last several years, the Heart of Kansas has used summer interns to help existing churches, and church plants serve their communities and share the Gospel. In 2010, we are looking for students to continue this strategy. We are recruiting students for four teams.
