Our vision is to see churches developing and implementing strategies which result in the health and growth of existing churches, and doing this in association with one another.

Pastor Clusters will provide pastors of churches the opportunity for peer learning. These clusters are for pastors who are committed to consistent study for personal growth in church health and growth as well as leadership development.
For the last several years, the Heart of Kansas has used summer interns to help existing churches, and church plants serve their communities and share the Gospel. In 2011, we are looking for students to continue this strategy. We are recruiting students for five teams.
