The HOKS WMU met in April for there Annual Meeting at Immanuel in Newton Ks. Vashti Jones was our speaker. We elected our officers for the coming year. In May we had a family picnic at Metropolitan Baptist Church. We served around 200 people it was a time of fellowship.

Ladies, get ready for a Spiritual Tune Up coming July 21 at Metropolitan Baptist Church. Rosane Machado will be our guest speaker and Meri Jane Cargile will be our worship leader. It will be from 9:00 A.M.- 2:30 P.M. So set the date aside and come and join the fellowship. There will be a flier out soon with more information.

Get your reservation in for WWW Sept. 14 & 15 as soon as possible they are looking for good attendances this year. If Anyone Thirsts, is the theme.

Jennifer Rothschild is the featured speaker. Your church should have the packet on it if you did not get one contact the WMU State Office and they will get you one. If you need help with your missions organization in your church or would like to start one call on me and we will help you get started.

Our theme this year is Live the Call. Walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. (Col. 1:10 NKJV)
