Requirements to Receive Scholarship

  • Member of a HOKSBA cooperating church
  • Cumulative College GPA >= 2.5 (High School GPA for those with no college credit)
  • Full Time Student (12 hours)

  • Profess a call to ministry with the intent of serving in a Southern Baptist church, or ministry

    Administration of Scholarship

  • HOKSBA will provide an application

  • Director of Missions will award scholarships
  • Applications must be received by June 30
  • Money will be sent to the student's school account
  • Amount awarded will equal the total income the scholarship fund received from July 1 of previous year to June 30 of current year, divided equally among qualified applicants, but not to exceed $500.
