Changes to the HeartBeat

Beginning this year, the HeartBeat will now be published 6 times a year: in January, March, May, July, September and November. Any submissions for the HeatBeat must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to publication. For example, an article for the May issue needs to be submitted by April 10th. As always, all submissions are subject to editing for size and content.
