By the time you receive this newsletter we will have already participated at a Homeless Summit at Central Christian Church. Thank you to Southwest Baptist, South City Baptist and Metropolitan Baptist for the use of your church vans and drivers to assist the summit attendees.

Christmas time is just around the corner and we are planning on feeding the homeless again this year on Christmas day. We will be meeting at the Midtown Baptist Good Neighbor Center from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm for our meal. This is an excellent opportunity to serve the Lord by serving the homeless. Volunteers are always welcome. We are also looking for donations of turkeys, hams, and deserts.

With the recent drop in temperatures, our supply of sleeping bags, blankets,hats and gloves is running low. Please contact Deborah at 316-204-9517 if you can donate any of the above items.

We are also looking for individuals to join with us as monthly financial supporters. Any amount is welcome!
