Heart of Kansas Evangelism Rally August 28-29

Dr. Ergun Caner will be our featured speaker for the annual Evangelism Rally. He will speak frankly about the Muslims and the Islamic religion. He has been able to equip many Christians to minister to these peoples. As a former Muslim he can attest to God's saving Grace through Jesus. He was raised as a son of an Islamic leader and is well prepared to discuss the true goals of Muslims since he has seen these things first hand.

Dr. Caner is either author or co-author of eleven books. He came to the attention of the evangelical world in 2002 through his bestseller book, Unveiling Islam. Dr. Caner has high respect in the Christian community including the Southern Baptist Convention, Jerry Falwall, Broadman and Holman, and has received the Golden Medallion Award from the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association for Unveiling Islam. God has enabled Dr. Caner to continue to expose the true, biblical implications of the Muslim religion through numerous books, lectures and events in an attempt to reach those lost in darkness. His newest book, Christian Jihad, exposes the current war in light of thirteen hundred years of Islamic-Christian war.

As Christians living in an ever increasingly diverse society, we must purpose to learn how to evangelize these cultures that are new to us. Join with us in learning from one who has been close to the mindset of the ones we would like to reach. This event will train and energize the Southern Baptist Community to reach out to Muslims who are growing in vast numbers in our area. Educated and mobilize your congregations for informed ministry and learn the truth about Muslims and the Koran.
